How To Fill A Pinata Keg

The pianta keg can be filled with almost any drink imaginable.

Find bagged wine and bagged margaritas, often sold as boxed (they just have the bag inside of the box), that will make your filling easy and mess-free.

If you want to fill your piñata with something homemade, you can use a sealed wine bag with a tap to create your own bagged cocktail option.

Pinata Keg DIY Instructions

To create this fun fiesta party bar staple, you’ll need a large piñata and a filler cocktail in a bag, plus a pair of scissors and a little tape.

  1. Open up the piñata from the backside, cutting down the seams enough to fit your bag in. Be sure to get a piñata that is big enough to fit your drinks bag.
  2. Cut and opening in the front of the piñata for the tap to come out of.
  3. Carefully place the bag into the piñata while feeding the tap out of the front hole you created.
  4. Close up the back of the piñata with a little tape, covering your cut lines with the fringe as you go.

The idea is simple and easy to create, my fiesta guests loved the idea so much.
