A pink peeptini is such a fun way to get into the spring peep style and serve an Easter brunch cocktail that looks brightly sweet and festive.

Peeptini recipe cocktail.

This Easter Peeptini cocktail recipe uses a pink vodka for the color Pink Whitney is my favorite brand to use. If you don’t want to buy pink vodka just for this colorful recipe, you can always add a little pink food coloring to your mixer.

The pink peep will give off a little hue, but for the coloring of this cocktail you’ll want another pink addition.

Serve this cocktail at brunch or after Easter dinner as a dessert drink if your day needs a little extra sweetness.

Shaking your Peeptini with the peep inside gives a little sweetness to the drink and serving it in a sprinkled topped glass with a Peep on the side always looks cute.
