I went to multiple high school graduation parties this weekend for dear friends that we adore. Here are some of my favorite ideas we saw that I plan to make for my daughter’s grad party next year. We have planned master’s graduation parties, but never a high school one, and I am equally excited and nervous about this next year of party hosting.

There were so many special details at all the parties, plus I loved this fun idea of creating a trivia game for the graduate.
The pretty cake is from my favorite local bakery. Grab the new beginnings napkins here, and the best is yet to come garland on Amazon.
These cake stands are genius because they can be taken down and stored. Reuse them for every party, because we all know how much I love party supplies that can be reused over and over again, like my garland. I figured out this year that you can just hang tassels from the dollar store onto your garland and not have to purchase special grad garland, you will just use it once.

Renting a photo booth was such a genius idea! I did a free version of this for last year’s party, but mine did not print the film. This rental from KRUU prints photos on the spot, which was a really fun element.

Both of the parties we went to had thoughtful ideas for teens, but this lemonade bar was extra fun! Erin used my favorite new glass syrup jars, but instead of using the paper tags as I did with the dirty soda bar, she wrote on them, which was very on trend with the doodles our kids are all doing these days. Besides the syrup, there was fruit, toppers, and Boba! The teens loved it.

This was an idea I hadn’t seen before, and I immediately filed it away to save for next year. A sweet note-sending station where you can write a card that mom will send to the graduate next fall, when she is away at college and missing her people. I loved the sweet sentiment, and it is a fun way to leave a note of advice for the graduate.

Custom cookies were made with scripture that the parents have been praying over the graduate, along with her new school and other details.

Having their cap and gown on display, so everyone can see their final high school art project! Just love this idea for all the guests who didn’t sit through the ceremony.
I am saving so many ideas and cannot believe that in just a year, I will have two high school graduation parties to plan for. Anyone else graduating kids this year? Share your favorite ideas in the comments. I need all the help I can get.
