Make Cat Garland

To craft this party decor trend up you’ll need:

Our cat face template (grab it here!)
Cardstock in any color hue you want. For my bright cat version, try this rainbow set, or black glitter cardstock for spooky Halloween vibes.
Scissors & glue
String or twine
Markers & paper scraps for decorating

DIY Banner Instructions:

Step 1: Print out the cat face template, or create your own.

Step 2: Trace and cut out your cat faces on cardstock. Fold each face along the middle line.

Step 3: Roll a scrap of paper into a little circle, glue it, and attach it inside the cat’s face. Thread your string through the paper circle—ta-da!
