I’ve been wanting to try the viral prosecco gummy bear trend to see if it really works… and let me tell you it does!

Gummy bears drenched in prosecco and then frozen are even better than the original bears.

I decided to take it up a notch and found a giant gummy bear to use for a prosecco gummy bear party punch that is wonderfully sweet and fun.

Prosecco Gummy Bears

Making these bears was so much fun and obviously they taste great as a sweet freezer snack on their own. I kept popping into the freezer to taste them, so good even just served like this on their own.

Sometimes things go viral for a very good reason.

Using them as the ice cubes in the punch though, was a fun party take on the trend.

Find the extra large gummy bear right here, a is a fun addition to any party punch or not!

Prosecco Gummy Bear Party Punch Serving Notes

For serving you can keep some of the small bears frozen to add to the glasses as you serve. Although, if you want to thread them to top a glass I would use non-frozen bears as they’ll stay better for this job.

This is an easy switch up to a mocktail with the addition of sprite in lieu of prosecco. Be assured the bears freeze and plumb just the same.

The fizziness of the liquid is what you are after for getting great tasting frozen gummy bears, the alcohol doesn’t actually make a huge difference in this step.

However you make it, this is a sweet party punch that will make your guests smile with nostalgia.
