What’s better than a normal raspberry? A drunken raspberry of course. 😉
When I started planning out our Galentine’s brunch this year I knew I wanted to do mimosas and using raspberries seems like the perfect thing to do for the holiday.
The raspberries came out so good and being soaked in tequila they add a great kick to the drinks!
Each raspberry looks like it’s own little heart, making the drinks festive for any Galentine’s brunch, bridal shower mimosa or girls morning in.
How To Make Drunken Raspberries
To make the drunken raspberries you just need to mix 1 cup of raspberries with about 2 cups tequila.
It’s that easy!
I mixed mine up in a bowl to ensure they got nice and coated and then put them in a mason jar to cure.

Let the raspberry ad tequila mixture sit for 6-8 hours, overnight works as well.
Drain the liquid and use the raspberries as your mimosa fruit for a fun morning with girls.
To make the mimosas, you’ll combine the drunken raspberries with champagne.
A tasty way to cheers your dearest of friends.
