Lucky Charms Ice Cream Bars
Lucky Charms ice cream bars made easy with the ice cream carton trick. Twisting the bars into a bag of cereal with extra marshmallows make a lucky one rainbow birthday treat everyone will love.
Equipment
- 10 popsicle sticks
Ingredients
- 1 carton ice cream make these in your favorite ice cream flavor
- 1 bag Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 bag Lucky Charms marshmallows
Instructions
- Start by using the ice cream carton hack to create your ice cream bars. To do this use a large knife to slice the frozen ice cream carton into 10ths. Cut once the long way and then smaller cuts. Make sure the cuts go all the way through.
- Stick your popsicle sticks into the carton to make the bars. Leave enough room for each stick to be easily held.
- Take the carton off, separate the bars and pour your cereal into a large tray. I mixed a bag of Lucky Charms cereal with extra marshmallows for a sweet party treat.
- Roll the bars in the cereal until covered and freeze on a baking tray for about 2 hours, or until ready to use.
Notes
You could actually make these ice cream bars with any cereal you want!
